Regarding Korea Certification invalidation and updates

Dear distributors and customers:

Due to some reasons, our company employed a 3rd party Korean testing agent that have not been verified without knowing it. As a result, both "R-C-DIv-Tivoo"/"R-C-DIv-TIVOO" Certifications in Korea are no longer valid. Starting on 2021-12-02, our company has employed a RRA Korea official appointed new testing agent, and the associated products have been passed all required testings. The new certification "R-R-DOm-Tivoo"has been assigned to the products, and effective immediately in Korea.

We sincerely apologize for the possible inconvenience and we have taken necessary steps to ensure and verify our testing agent's credential. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
